Back to France, I've missed several things from the States and one of them is... good tacos !!! F..k, why can't we have Taco Trucks like in Cali ??? or even a good cantina ???
This is something, as business, i've considered to open when I will be South of France; I've been working (with my buddy Manuel) as a Cook Manager in his business... It was cool (and unexpected) but i've learned a lot about traditional mexican cuisine.
Yup... I miss good Tacos
BTW, 90% chance that I will move South France... like august/september.

Funny actor with a great voice -ads, singer- and while not being a Star Trek fan, I've never missed an episod from "Boston Legal". Him & James Spader are just great.
